Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (/)
Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, our tour guide and driver will welcome you and transfer to the hotel for check in. Free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi City Tour Full Day (B/L/)
After breakfast in the hotel, our tour guide and driver will come to pick you up and start the city tour including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam date back to the 11th century, have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, we will visit peaceful West Lake or Ho Tay with lovers Thanh Nien Street, the sedate Tran Quoc – the oldest pagoda in Hanoi and Quan Thanh temple and one of the city's museums, either the History Museum or the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. In the late afternoon we will visit the Hanoi Old Quarter also known as the 36 streets and guilds by cyclo tour and enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Diner by your own account for convenience. Overnight in Hanoi.
Please note that Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum is open every morning except Monday & Friday. Most of museums in are closed on every Monday.
Day 3: Hanoi - Mai Chau (B/L/D)
Our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel at 8:00AM and leave Hanoi for Mai Chau. Travel by road to the picturesque valley of Mai Chau. In the afternoon, Short trek around the valley and experience some of their traditional features. Enjoy night time music performance in the traditional house on stilts. Stay overnight in a Thai's family.
Day 4: Mai Chau - Hanoi (B/L/)
Awake to the sound of nature. Take an early trek around the valley of relax and enjoy the pristine environment and the peace of the countryside and beautiful landscapes with green rice fields,...
After Lunch, drive back to Hanoi. Overnight in a hotel in Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L/D)
Have breakfast at the hotel, check out and leave Hanoi for Halong Bay. Drive about 03 hours through the rice fields in the Red River Delta to Ha Long city. Upon arrival, check in a junk boat for a cruise around Ha Long Bay with delicious seafood lunch served on board.
In the afternoon, cruise on a boat in the crystalline emerald green water of Ha Long bay, among thousands of spectacular limestone islands and islets and discover Surprising Cave, the most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. The boat stops at an ideal location for Sea Kayaking as we paddle through a maze of islets amid dramatic natural scenery. Explore the many hidden lagoons and stalagmite caves that are not so accessible otherwise. Overnight on junk boat.
Day 6: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi – Fly to Hue (B/L/D)
In the morning, one more kayaking trip around the stunning Ha Long bay and enjoying sunrise before returning to the junk. Lunch served on board while cruising toward Ha Long harbor.
Disembark at around 12:00 and drive back to Hanoi airport for the flight to Hue, with a stop in Dong Trieu Ceramic Village (optional). Upon arrival, pick up & transfer to the hotel for check in. Overnight in Hue.
Day 7: Hue City Tour (B/L/)
Hue is a quiet city is widely known for the magnificent architecture of its citadels, palaces, royal tombs, pagodas and temples built under the Nguyen Dynasty.
In the morning we will take boat trip along the scenic Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda and An Emperor's mausoleum. In the afternoon, we will visit the Imperial Citadel with Forbidden Purple City, Royal Tombs. Free shopping in Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue.
Day 8: Hue – Danang – Hoi An Ancient Town (B/L/)
In the morning, drive to Hoi An, cross Hai Van Pass where you will have magnificent view of the China Sea. Stop at Lang Co for short break. Visit the fascinating Cham Museum, beautiful China Beach and the Marble Mountains en route to charming Hoi An. Known as Faifo to early Western traders, it was one of South East Asia's major international ports and today it still retains that special old-world feel. Enjoy a walking tour through the Old Quarter and try some of the local specialties. Hoi An is also famous for its large number of tailor shops, so if you want to have a new wardrobe made up, this is a good chance to do. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9: Hoi An Ancient Town More Discovery (B/)
Morning tour, take a boat trip on Thu Bon River to visit handicraft villages and visit local market. Back to hotel and you will be free at leisure on the beach or wandering around the town for the rest of the day. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 10: Hoi An – Danang – Fly to Nha Trang – Beach Relax (B/L/)
Take a flight to Nha Trang – the most beautiful & famous beach in Vietnam. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. Free in the afternoon for swimming in the beach or relax. Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 11: Nha Trang - Boat Cruise (B/L/)
Enjoy Nha Trang's turquoise waters and white sandy beaches. Take a morning boat cruise to offshore islands in Nha Trang Bay. Afternoon visit the Ponagar Cham Towers, the Long Son Pagoda, the Cathedral of Nha Trang. A visit to a local fish and food market is optional . Overnight in Nha Trang.
Day 12: Nha Trang – Dalat (B/L/)
Breakfast at the hotel and check our then drive follow the coastal road to Da Lat, stopping at a vineyard along the way. Upon arrival to Dalat, we will visit the summer residence of Vietnam's last emperor, Bao Dai. Drop by the colorful Da Lat Market to see a variety of flowers, vegetables, and fruits available in Da Lat's temperate climate. The drive to Dalat begins with a series of mountainside switchbacks affording spectacular views of the arid lowlands and the sea. Stop near the seaside town of Phan Rang to visit Po Klong Garai, a well-preserved 14th century Cham Tower. Overnight in Dalat.
Day 13: Dalat – Ho Chi Minh City (Former Saigon) (B/L/)
In the morning, we will check out the hotel then visit to a silk-making business is optional an pay a visit to Prenn waterfall and enjoy a brief view of the city by horse-drawn cart. In the afternoon, take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for check in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 14: Ho Chi Minh City Tour (B/L/)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will visit Re-unification palace, the former head quarters of anti-communism in the south.
We take a short walk to visit the war museum, full of relics from Vietnam war. Scary but really worth to visit. Then stroll around the central market Ben Thanh and sit back to enjoy a traditional noodle soup lunch in a famous restaurant in the city.
In the afternoon, we will visit China Town which has a population of over 1 million Chinese people. The highlight of China Town is the Binh Tay market where you can see busy merchants from every corner of this part of the city. Visit Thien Hau Pagoda and a handicraft factory before heading back to your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 15: Ho Chi Minh City- Cao Dai Temple – Cu Chi Tunnels – Saigon (B/L/)
Our tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel Ho Chi Minh City and depart for Tay Ninh. Upon arrival, we will join Cao Dai followers to arrange their daily afternoon mass for half an hour and get to know something about Caodaism. Have lunch at a local restaurant before visiting Cu Chi tunnels. Another name of Cu Chi is " Steel land". It's where the army troops of the VC(Viet Cong) concealed themselves during the Vietnam war. The tunnel systems were created by local people over a period of years.
This huge construction was a habitation for villagers in the war time. With 3 levels of depth, it was never discovered by the US during the war despite its proximity to Saigon. Visit the fighting tunnel system with your local guide.
If you are that way inclined, you can purchase ammunition and fire a weapon of the war on the rifle range. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 16: Ho Chi Minh City – My Tho – Ben Tre – Can Tho (B/L/)
Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. Depart for My Tho. Take the boat ride through the Bao Dinh natural canal, view the stilt houses and the fruit plantation along the river sides. Visit the My Tho wholesale fruit market. Proceed to the Tortoise island. Lunch served in the heart of the orchard. Enjoy the nice boat ride through the Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruise under the shadow of the water coconut trees. Visit the family where you can experience the agricultural lifestyle. Trekking through the fruit plantation in Thoi Son island, enjoy the rowing boat ride along the creeks before returning to My Tho by motorized boat. Drive to Can Tho for overnight.
Day 17: Can Tho – Cai Rang & Phong Dien Floating Market – Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/)
Breakfast at hotel. Take a three hour boat trip to visit the Cai Rang & Phong Dien floating markets. Roam into the villages to visit the rice paper mill, the rice noodles. Return to Can Tho. Check out, Have lunch then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 18: Ho Chi Minh City – Departure (B/)
Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for the departure flight. End of tour services.
